By stepping into The Spiral Vault, you enter a sanctum of artwork, symbols, stories, and creations born from the hand, heart, and lineage. Everything within these archives, including that which can be found within the marketplace, every brushstroke, every glyph, every botanical line, each shimmering relic, is protected by law and oath. 

This covenant explains how your information is held, how The Vault’s creations may be used, and the boundaries that guard this work from misuse in the age of machines and mirrors. 

Your presence here is your agreement to these terms. 

Sovereignty of the Art

Everything within, streaming from, and associated with, The Spiral Vault is owned and protected by its creator, Atelierul Vaulta Spiralei, LLC, under US and international copyright laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, fine art photography, digital art, tarot inspired illustrations, botanical and ancestral motifs, flashcards and learning materials, written descriptions and product text, symbol shapes and compositions, metadata and identifiers, and The Spiral Vault’s unique artistic style and visual language.  

If you venture into our marketplace, you will have the opportunity to receive a license to use the work in a personal capacity only, never to take ownership of it.

All inherent and given rights remain with the creator. 

The Privacy of the Vault

The Spiral Vault only gathers what it needs to unlock the reliquary and deliver your relics. This includes your name, email, and billing details, order information shared through our marketplace, and technical footprints like browser type, IP address, cookies, device types, and pages visited.

We do NOT store raw payment data, nor do we sell or trade your personal information. 

Your information is protected with encryption, SSL, and secure third party processors.

Licenses that Govern the Use of the Vault’s Relics

If you choose to engage with the marketplace, you are purchasing a personal limited use license. This gives you the right to:

  • Download for personal use

  • Print for your home, altar, journals, or personal study

  • Use in private spaces that do not include sales

You MAY NOT: 

  • Share files

  • Upload them to drives, public boards, or resource libraries

  • Sell any derivative made from the file

  • Claim authorship or ownership

  • Strip metadata or watermarks

  • Use for branding, logos, or business

  • Use in any AI system, for any purpose

  • Redistribute in digital form in any way

Violations revoke any rights given immediately. 

Forbidden Uses Across All Realms

Regardless of license type, you may NEVER: 

  • Repackage or resell digital files

  • Share, gift, or redistribute

  • Upload files to public drives

  • Strip metadata or invisible watermarks

  • Feed, upload, or expose the artwork to AI/ML systems

  • Attempt to recreate the style using prompts

  • Generate AI-derived variants or “inspired by” versions

  • Use for hateful, harmful, or exploitative content

  • Use for blockchain, tokenization, or speculative tech

The Vault and its guardians enforce violations through all timelines and platforms.

Every image, word, or sigil herein carries both legal authorship and ownership, AND its unique energetic imprint. Each creation is marked with its own sigil, through embedded metadata, watermarks, and energetic coding, which forever binds it to its rightful owner. 

Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is considered infringement of both law and sacred trust. This is a disruption of the spiral current that flows through this work and renders it moot. 

Metadata as Spellwork

In The Spiral Vault, metadata is not merely information, it is encoded intention. Every title, keyword, and description functions as a sigil written in code. This aligns the image with its original current of creation and its creator. 

IPTC Core fields serve as ritual containers, identifying the name of the creator, the purpose of the work, and its energetic coordinates. IPTC Extension fields form the incantations of context, embedding rights, licensing, and usage limitations in the digital ether. EXIF data traces the moment of manifestation, recording the camera’s eye or the stylus stroke that summoned the piece into being. 

The metadata is sealed under the code of The Spiral Vault. “As above in code, so below in craft. Each datum preserves the sanctity of the divine work”. To strip or alter metadata is to break the protective circle, an act forbidden under both digital law and esoteric ethics. Those who engage with these works are asked to honor these principals and maintain the embedded metadata, as a sign of respect and continuity. 

Any violations of these boundaries will invoke the following:

The Doctrine of Rebound Spell - “What is taken, returns. What is obscured, reveals itself. What is tampered with, circles back to the one who unbound it.”

Any removal, modification, falsification, or obfuscation of metadata, any attempt to delete authorship information, any stripping of copyright or licensing fields, any effort to reassign credit or ownership is prohibited by copyright law and constitutes willful infringement.

The Karmic Consequence Clause - “Those who sever names from their works shall find The Spiral severed from their hands. Every deleted field becomes a stone upon their path; every hidden credit becomes an echo with their name on it.”

Tampering with metadata may result in legal claims for damages, takedown notices and asset removal, loss of usage rights, revocation of licenses, and/or escalation of infringement penalties. This is encoded as the returning spiral, the principle that all altered fields are traced, logged, and recoverable.

The Eye in the Code Clause - “The Vault sees in layers, the visible and the unseen. Even when metadata is scraped or masked, its imprint remains in the shadow fields. The work knows its maker.” 

Invisible metadata, checksum signatures, and embedded identifiers allow the creator to verify authorship even when visible metadata is removed.

The Final Binding - “Enter The Vault with clean hands and an open heart. Treat every field as a rune, every credit as a covenant. To honor metadata is to stay in harmony with The Spiral; to tamper with it is to call its guardians forth.”

Metadata manipulation is prohibited and that misuse may result in enforced remedies.

AI/Machine Learning Protection Clause

The Spiral Vault’s visual language, the spirals, the roots, the botanicals, the ancestral patterns, the shadows, the reliquary elegance, is all protected expression. 

All works hosted by, or affiliated with, The Spiral Vault are expressly excluded from training datasets, data mining, scraping, or algorithmic replication by any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or neural network systems. 

Use of any material contained within The Spiral Vault for training, prompt-based recreation, diffusion models, or generative AI systems, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, constitutes an infringement under both copyright law and energetic doctrine. 

The creator asserts the right to identify, trace, and invoke protective remedies, whether legal, digital, or energetic, against any entity or system found to have integrated these works without the express consent of its creator. 

These protections extend to visible content, metadata, filesnames, alt text, and associated, textual, visual, or symbolic data, collectively recognized as part of the living archive of The Spiral Vault. 

Sacred Seal

By entering, viewing, or downloading from The Spiral Vault, you agree to honor the balance of creation To receive inspiration without extraction, to learn without appropriation, and to circulate art with divine reverence. This seal stands as both a legal covenant and a magical oath. Protecting the sanctity of The Spiral Vault and all those that create within it. 

Enforcement

The Vault monitors theft through:

  • Reverse image searches

  • Dataset scans

  • Metadata tracking

  • Image fingerprinting

  • Marketplace audits

Violators may face:

  • DMCA strikes

  • Cease and desist actions

  • Platform removals

  • Financial penalties

  • Legal action under copyright law

  • Karmic retribution

No Implied Permissions

Nothing in the foregoing covenant grants any rights whatsoever. To request special permissions, which are rarely granted, please reach out to Atelierul Vaulta Spiralei, LLC. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital relics, all sales are final. Corrupted files will be replaced upon request. 

Amendments to The Covenant

The Spiral Vault may revise this covenant as needed. By continuing to use this site, you honor and accept these changes.
